For Metropolitan Delivery:

Our standard delivery times are 2-8 business days from the date of dispatch, however, during sale / promotional events, delivery may be longer than these specified delivery times.

Any standard delivery times should be treated as an estimate only and the We, Roshan Packages, shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including Consequential Loss, arising from delay in delivery or failure to deliver the Goods, either whole or in part, due to circumstances beyond its control.

Pickup

Free Local Pickup Available in Greenacre NSW 2190 for 7 days a week. Once order is ready for collection (24-48 hours) and paid for, you will be informed via email/phone the pickup date and time.

Shipping Fee

There is no Shipping fee for orders at $350. For All other orders shipping fees which will be auto-calculated at checkout, according to their delivery area and order size.

Returns

The Seller does not accept returns and will therefore not offer a refund for change of mind, incorrect selection or in the event that a cheaper price is found elsewhere. The Buyer should preview any items before adding them to the shopping cart and proceeding with the order.

The Buyer must inspect the Goods on delivery and must within five (5) business days of delivery notify the Seller in writing of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description in relation to the Goods. Upon such notification the Buyer must allow the Seller to inspect the Goods. If the Buyer fails to provide such notice then the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods

Subject to the above mentioned clause, returns will only be accepted provided that:
a) the Buyer has complied with the provisions of clause mentioned above; and
b) the Seller has agreed in writing that the Goods are defective; and
c) the Goods are returned by the Buyer to the Seller within a reasonable time; and
d) the Goods are returned in as close a condition to that in which they were delivered as is possible.
